Yes, there is a town called Palau, and it’s located on the northern tip of the Sardinia Island in the middle of the Mediterranean Sea. It’s actually in the country of Italy. Don’t get it mixed up with Palau the island, this is Diving In Palau The Town.
Looking for a quick get- away and some relaxing time to do some diving. We found Nautilus Diving Center and made arrangements months in advance to spend 1 week towards the end of August. Couldn’t of been more happier with this decision. With 7 days in Palau, we signed up for 3 days of diving.
Vinny & Steph were very passionate divers, and very accommodating, not that we did need anything. But always making sure we were happy and comfortable both on land and water. But it wasn’t just Vinny & Steph on the dive few, but 3 other professionals. Sometimes they were teaching a couple of students, or they were out on the Fun Dive and off exploring the the Advance Divers.
What we enjoyed the most was the relaxed and easy going atmosphere they shared with everyone on the boat. Working closely as a team and sharing the work duties among them selfs and everyone on the boat. Most importantly they new how to dive, and not just dive, but dive professionally and respectful of the environment and everyone on the boat. But what impressed us was they always put safety first!
This dive location has complete access to the Marine Park of La Maddalena & Marine Reserve of Lavezzi/Corsica, with 40 different dive sites.
